We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Return requests must be initiated by emailing or calling our customer support team.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page.

  • Customized or personalized products.


2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. You’ll be required to share your bank details for the refund process.
